In Palworld, keeping the Player and Party Pals level up is more effective than farming EXP at the Base, since the focus should be on farming EXP for them outside the base. However, they can still benefit from EXP when you do activities at the base.

Catch each pal a maximum of ten times
When it comes to actively farming EXP, there is no doubt that playing in any difficulty mode, or level, is by far the best option. Catching each Pal up to 10 times is one of the most efficient ways of accomplishing this goal.

In addition to that, you will receive EXP bonuses for every catch that scale with your Player EXP. This means that regardless of how much you level up, the reward for each catch will remain substantial regardless of how much you level up.
There is no special “completion” bonus for catching exactly 10 of any species, despite the vague wording in-game, as the EXP Bonus is the same for each of the first 10 catches of any species, which means there is no special bonus for catching exactly 10 of any species.
Here’s how to re-roll both the Alpha and its minions.
You will encounter the Alpha Pal, along with two or three of his minions, at the end of every dungeon. If you leave the room, go down the previous hall, and then return to the original room, you will be able to roll again.

There is a great advantage to this method since you can make several different Pal species spawn in the Alpha room at one time. You can catch the minion Pals, leave the room, and come back to reroll the Alpha, and new minions will spawn as well.
The goal of this method is to be able to hunt about 2-3 of the 18 different species without having to have to travel around the map very much. It is even possible to get all your Pals in your available pool up to 10 if you are patient, but be careful of your Pal’s HP because the Alphas may hit you very hard.
