Having farm Ayato and Ayaka, I have figured out some routes. You can make your runs in as little as three to four Teleportation Waypoints on Narukami Island when looking for these bundles. You’ll want an Electro user who can replenish energy quickly and reach high places because Sakura Blooms like to float.
Route One: Along the Coast
Along the beach is bound to be your longest route. You should follow a curve of Sakura Blooms all the way to the village at the foot of the mountain if you travel from the Waypoint in Inazuma City to the Raiden Shogun’s Estate. Don’t forget to climb the Sakura Tree in the middle of the village to see additional blooms.
After pinballing Narukami’s fields, you can return to the beach by taking a quick zigzag around the lower island. Once you reach the Kamisato Estate, it is only a matter of taking the path to the forest until you reach the manor, where some Blooms are waiting.
