There is currently a bug that can cause a dedicated (or a Guild’s) server to be inaccessible in Palworld. Currently, there is no solid fix for this bug yet other than to backup and delete player save files to regain access.

In the 4-2. Troubleshooting in Multiplayer section of Palworld’s English Q&A document, you will find solutions to some of the problems you may be having regarding multiplayer. Thus, before attempting this method above, first ensure that there is no other problem.
There are multiple guild-related causes
If players try to join the guild’s dedicated server, they may encounter corruption of the save file that appears as an indefinite loading screen. This bug may be caused by the following: Leaving a guild (affecting offline players). Changing the Guild Master to an offline member who is not yet connected to the dedicated server.
The ability to backup and delete saved files
Please note that you will lose all your save’s progress, such as stored items and Pals in Palboxes. It is unfortunately true that you will have to start over from scratch. Ask for help from other members to get you back on track!
